If the User does not agree, they must immediately stop using the Service.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><b> Use of the Service<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User undertakes to use the Service responsibly, lawfully and in accordance with these Conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By way of example and without limitation, the following is prohibited:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using the Service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to applicable law<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interfering with, damaging or affecting the operation of the site or its systems<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attempting to access databases, servers or related systems without authorization<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using the Service to harm third parties<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to comply with the above may result in the suspension or cancellation of access to the Service.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><b> Services offered<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato offers specialized services in human resources and talent management, including by way of example:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For companies:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talent recruitment and selection services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical, professional and cultural evaluation of candidates<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guidance on hiring processes and organizational structure<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For candidates:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional positioning guidance<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profile optimization (CV, LinkedIn, interviews)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to digital training content (videos, guides and tools)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The specific features of each service may vary and will be communicated in each case.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><b> Nature of the service<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato does not guarantee obtaining a job, interviews, job offers or specific results derived from the use of the Service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User acknowledges and accepts that:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato acts exclusively as an intermediary and advisor<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does not guarantee that candidates will be hired or that a job will be obtained<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does not guarantee specific results in recruitment or guidance processes<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no employment relationship between Talentato and the candidates or users<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Final hiring decisions rest exclusively with the companies, under their own responsibility.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Likewise, Talentato does not act as an employer, formal placement agency or legal representative of any of the parties. Any employment or contractual relationship generated will be the exclusive responsibility of the parties involved.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><b> Registration and accounts<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To access certain services, the User may provide personal information or register on the site.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User agrees to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep their access credentials confidential<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be responsible for all activities carried out under their account<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts when it detects misuse, false information or a breach of these Conditions.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><b> Payments and services<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By contracting any service offered by Talentato, the User accepts the commercial conditions, prices, scope and payment methods previously communicated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services may involve:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One-time payments or recurring payments, depending on the type of service contracted<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invoicing in accordance with applicable tax legislation<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato reserves the right to modify the prices of its services at any time. However, such changes will not affect services already contracted, unless they are renewals or recurring services, in which case the User will be notified in due time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment processing may be carried out through authorized external providers, so the User also agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of those third parties where applicable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User undertakes to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide valid, complete and up-to-date payment information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make the corresponding payments on time<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assume any tax, bank fee or additional applicable charge<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of the contracted services, with no liability for Talentato.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of non-payment, Talentato may suspend access to the Service with no obligation to reactivate it until the situation is resolved.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><b> Cancellations and refunds<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The specific cancellation and refund conditions will depend on the type of service contracted and will be communicated to the User before hiring.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation requests must be made through Talentato's official channels<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the service has started, no refunds will be granted, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For services contracted by period (monthly or other), access may be maintained until the end of the period already paid for, with no automatic renewal in the event of cancellation<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the User does not use all or part of the contracted service, this will not give rise to any right to a refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any exception to the above must be expressly stated in writing and authorized by Talentato.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><b> User Content<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User may provide information such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curriculum vitae<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional data<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testimonials or comments<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User warrants that such information:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is truthful, current and complete<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does not infringe third-party rights<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By providing content, the User authorizes Talentato to use it for operational, evaluation and service improvement purposes and, where applicable, for commercial or promotional purposes, always in compliance with applicable regulations.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><b> Intellectual property<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the contents of the site, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Texts<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Methodologies<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span 400;\">Indirect damages, loss of income or opportunities<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service is provided \"as is\", with no guarantee of specific results.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"13\"><li><b> Relationship between users<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talentato acts solely as an intermediary between companies and candidates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any employment, contractual or commercial relationship that arises between such users will be independent of Talentato, which will not be responsible for the obligations arising from those relationships.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"14\"><li><b> Third-party sites<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The site may contain links
