Foi uma not\u00edcia que me abalou.<\/p>\n<p>E esta semana mexeu de novo comigo quando li uma reportagem sobre como o crime organizado est\u00e1 usando redes sociais, TikTok e videogames para recrutar jovens.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"QPSBGRTTCToxrpUoVsOUnfwcbljCvWXALY\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/search\/results\/all\/?keywords=%23reclutamiento&amp;origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>Recrutamento<\/a>.<br \/>\nEssa \u00e9 a palavra que eu uso todos os dias\u2026 mas em um contexto completamente diferente.<\/p>\n<p>E ver como se aproveitam da ilus\u00e3o de algu\u00e9m que s\u00f3 est\u00e1 procurando trabalho, de um sonho, de uma oportunidade\u2026 d\u00f3i.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f3i porque todos vivemos no M\u00e9xico e conhecemos essa realidade.<br \/>\nD\u00f3i porque quem trabalha com <a class=\"QPSBGRTTCToxrpUoVsOUnfwcbljCvWXALY\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/search\/results\/all\/?keywords=%23reclutamiento&amp;origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>recrutamento<\/a> acreditamos, sim, no impacto positivo que um bom emprego pode ter. \u2764\ufe0f\u200d\ud83e\ude79<\/p>\n<p>E d\u00f3i porque esse tipo de caso tamb\u00e9m afeta a confian\u00e7a na nossa ind\u00fastria. Este post n\u00e3o \u00e9 agrad\u00e1vel. Mas \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea conhece algu\u00e9m jovem, algu\u00e9m que est\u00e1 procurando trabalho, algu\u00e9m vulner\u00e1vel ou empolgado com uma oportunidade \"boa demais\", por favor compartilhe isto.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui v\u00e3o 4 sinais de alerta que qualquer pessoa deveria conhecer:<\/p>\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 Pesquise sempre a empresa<br \/>\nPesquise o nome no Google.<br \/>\nProcure not\u00edcias.<br \/>\nVeja se aparece no LinkedIn, no site oficial ou em diret\u00f3rios.<br \/>\nSe voc\u00ea n\u00e3o encontrar nada, alerta.<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Desconfie de sal\u00e1rios fora da realidade<br \/>\nSe uma vaga promete sal\u00e1rios 50\u201380% acima da m\u00e9dia, questione.<br \/>\nVoc\u00ea pode verificar faixas usando Glassdoor, OCC, ou at\u00e9 pedir ao ChatGPT uma an\u00e1lise do sal\u00e1rio t\u00edpico para esse cargo na sua cidade.<\/p>\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Se envolver viagem, que outra pessoa saiba<br \/>\nPasse sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nCompartilhe o lugar exato onde voc\u00ea vai estar.<br \/>\nN\u00e3o v\u00e1 sem que outra pessoa acompanhe seus passos.<\/p>\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Fa\u00e7a perguntas, muitas perguntas<br \/>\nUm emprego leg\u00edtimo pode ser verificado por liga\u00e7\u00e3o ou videochamada.<br \/>\nPergunte o que voc\u00ea faria, com quem trabalharia, onde fica o escrit\u00f3rio, quem \u00e9 seu chefe.<br \/>\nUm recrutador de verdade n\u00e3o se incomoda com perguntas.<br \/>\nUm recrutador falso, sim.<\/p>\n<p>Este tema me toca duplamente porque, al\u00e9m de ser recrutadora, trabalhei quase 4 anos em seguran\u00e7a dando treinamentos de Security Awareness.<br \/>\nE sei, por experi\u00eancia, que a preven\u00e7\u00e3o salva vidas.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o consigo fechar os olhos.<br \/>\nN\u00e3o quero que mais ningu\u00e9m os feche tamb\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Se compartilhar esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o puder evitar que uma \u00fanica pessoa caia em uma vaga falsa, em uma rede perigosa, ou em uma hist\u00f3ria que jamais deveria ter existido\u2026 ent\u00e3o vale a pena escrever este post, mesmo que n\u00e3o seja feliz, mesmo que n\u00e3o seja leve.<\/p>\n<p>Obrigada por ler.<br \/>\nObrigada por compartilhar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy no hay post feliz.
