What you will do?
Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial scenario analysis processes.
Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecasts, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Manage, clean, and analyze financial databases from multiple internal sources.
Design, automate, and maintain financial and performance dashboards using BI tools.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data.
Participate in monthly close activities by providing financial analysis and clear explanations of results.
What are they looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering (Industrial, Financial, or related), Business Administration, Accounting, or similar fields.
2–3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or financial analysis roles.
Advanced Excel skills and strong experience working with large datasets and financial databases.
Hands-on experience developing dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
