What you will do?

Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve user requests end-to-end (ticket management, follow-up, and closure).
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 Pro environments and business applications with regular updates.
Manage Windows users, enforce device security (TPM 2.0 / BitLocker), and safeguard corporate assets.
Ensure infrastructure and systems availability; propose and implement IT best practices and improvements.
Document tasks, incidents, and changes according to corporate standards and confidentiality policies.
Report and coordinate activities with Technology and Software teams.

What are they looking for?

1–3 years of experience in IT Support or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with Windows administration, application deployment, system updates, and remote support tools.
Strong discipline in documentation, adherence to standards, and prioritization under multiple concurrent requests.
Effective communication skills, teamwork orientation, ownership mindset, and time management capabilities.
Spanish required; English is a plus.
Nice-to-have: Linux knowledge, disk imaging/restoration, risk assessment, and Agile methodologies.
