What you will do?

Ensure compliance with Corporate IT guidelines and internal standards.
Maintain and safeguard Corporate technology assets.
Maintain and propose IT best practices across infrastructure and network domains.
Ensure IT infrastructure and client systems remain in proper working condition.
Attend to and resolve user requests, ensuring end-to-end task follow-up and closure.
Manage, document, execute, and track tasks, events, and incidents.
Install, configure, and maintain all related software, ensuring systems remain up to date.
Configure, administer, and monitor network devices.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard personal and corporate data.
Report to Technology and Software Management teams.
Provide direct support to Commissioning and Monitoring Management teams.
Enforce cybersecurity standards to protect data, equipment, and internal/external networks.

What are they looking for?

Networks professional with at least 8 years of experience in network administration.
High discipline in documenting tasks, events, and incidents.
Proven experience configuring Ethernet devices and networks (IP classes, subnet masks, WiFi, DHCP/Static, Gateway, DNS, FTP, NTP, SSH, VPNs).
Experience configuring and managing Layer 2, Layer 3, and Next-Generation devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Experience designing network architectures aligned with Cybersecurity Framework guidelines.
Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.
Experience installing, configuring, and updating Windows 10/11 Pro.
Linux administration experience.
Experience in Windows user administration and application deployment.
Experience with remote administration and support tools.
Proven experience working remotely and providing help desk support.
