What you will do?

Lead and execute internal audits aligned with global standards.
Assess, strengthen, and monitor the company’s risk management framework.
Conduct risk-based assessments to evaluate controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain audit programs, risk registers, and control documentation.
Partner with business units to ensure remediation plans are implemented.
Prepare concise audit reports and executive summaries for leadership.
Support governance enhancements and IPO-readiness initiatives.
Coordinate audit evidence and documentation for external auditors.

What are they looking for?

5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management.
Strong preference for Big Four experience.
Proven ability to evaluate controls and conduct risk assessments.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Effective communicator with senior stakeholders.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
