What you will do?

Provide day-to-day support for SCADA servers, HMIs, historian databases, and communication gateways.
Monitor system health, data quality, alarms, and communications across multiple operational sites.
Respond to SCADA incidents in real time, ensuring fast issue resolution and minimal downtime.
Perform software updates, patching, backups, and system maintenance for SCADA infrastructure.
Document system changes, issues, and resolutions in a clear and structured manner.
Validate new data points, screen updates, and system changes implemented by internal teams.
Collaborate with operations teams to fine-tune alarms and optimize system performance.
Support historian data integrity and assist with data extraction and analysis.
Assist with remote commissioning of new sites or equipment.
Recommend process and system improvements to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.

What are they looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proven experience supporting SCADA systems in live operational environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA (gateways, HMIs, alarms, historians).
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and DNP3.
Familiarity with PLCs, RTUs, meters, and field devices.
Experience with SCADA servers, networking, backups, patching, and upgrades.
Ability to monitor data quality, alarms, and overall system health.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to the United States as required.
