What you will do?
Support procurement operations by assisting in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services for projects.
Prepare and analyze purchase requisitions, supplier proposals, quotations, and cost comparisons.
Assist in supplier evaluations, onboarding processes, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment of material and service requirements.
Maintain procurement records, update ERP systems (NetSuite / SAP), and support reporting requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and track delivery status to ensure supply continuity.
Support contract administration and negotiation logistics under guidance from senior procurement leads.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier engagement workflows.
What are they looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related functions.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite / SAP) and strong Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and coordination abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to perform in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
