How did it all start?
When the problem is not finding talent. It is choosing well.
Talentato was born after years of recruiting for companies in the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, working with international teams and understanding something very clearly: Technical talent cannot be assessed with a CV alone.
Throughout my career I focused on industries where hiring well really matters: renewable energy and cybersecurity. Two sectors that move fast, demand specialized profiles and where a bad hire costs time, money and trust.
After going through the corporate world, international recruitment and highly demanding projects, I decided to create Talentato with a simple idea: to make recruitment processes more human, strategic and conscious.
Today we work with companies in Mexico and Latin America, helping them find specialized talent with a close, technical and human approach.
